Special Offering: Funding Future Leadership

Training ordained clergy is an expensive proposition, leaving many pastors and seminary students/Members in Discernment deep in debt. You can help reduce the financial burden through scholarships. A special offering supported by the Iowa Conference of the UCC will be taken January 16th to fund these scholarships, but donations are welcome at any time. The scholarships are for Members in Discernment who are from Iowa. Please make your check to your church and write “Funding Future Leaders” or simply “FFL” on the memo line. Online donations are welcome at the Iowa Conference UCC website. The seminary students thank you and the FFL Committee thanks you.
