Annual Information Review Form
It’s once again time to complete the Annual Information Review Forms! Not only is the completion of the Information Review a requirement to maintain standing as an authorized minister in the United Church of Christ but it also provides our Committees on Ministry, Associations, Conferences, and the National Setting of the UCC with the data needed to maintain complete and accurate records. The form has been completely redesigned this year and should now be able to be completed much more quickly and efficiently.
Forms were to be completed and submitted by March 7th. If we haven’t heard from you by that date, please expect a contact from your Conference Deacon or a member of the TCM staff. We are hoping for as close to 100% participation as we can get this year so we are able to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information for all of our pastors. Thank you for your ongoing ministry on behalf of the Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota Conferences and the entire United Church of Christ.

The Iowa Conference is delighted to offer these Funding Future Leadership Scholarships through the generous giving of many of our churches during a special offering which is taken early in the year.
Learn About the Application Process and See the Application Materials
To apply for funds, you must be:
- A Members in Discernment (MiD) in the Iowa Conference United Church of Christ
- Enrolled at least half time in seminary
If you meet these requirements, please complete and submit the following application materials:
- The completed application form.
- A letter of reference from one of the following: discernment advisor, seminary faculty member, Academic Dean of the seminary, or other UCC minister with standing.
- A 250-word response to the following questions: Why are you pursuing seminary education? What are your long-term goals?
- A letter attesting to your standing from the pastor of sponsoring church.
